Pharos Solutions in its Alexandria branch is looking for a “Product Owner” with the following requirements

Must have:

1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within a software development environment.
A solid understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with product management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Experience with basic project management principles and tools.
Certifications are a plus: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Fluency in English (German is a plus).

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Define and prioritize the product backlog: You’ll work with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize features, user stories, and bugs to ensure the development team is always working on the most valuable tasks.
Write clear and concise user stories: You will be responsible for creating detailed user stories with acceptance criteria that effectively communicate requirements to the development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You’ll be the key liaison between stakeholders, designers, and developers, ensuring everyone is aligned on the project vision and goals.
Participate in agile ceremonies: You’ll be an active participant in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Project Management: You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with various teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Accept completed work: You’ll review and accept completed work from the development team to ensure it meets the defined criteria and quality standards.
Monitor project performance: You’ll help track key metrics and user feedback to inform future project decisions.
