Junior Marketer

Pharos Solutions in its Alexandria branch is looking for a “Junior Marketer” with the following requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 0–1 year in marketing, social media, or content creation (internships/freelance included).
• Proficiency in Canva or similar tools and basic WordPress skills.
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong writing skills for blogs, captions, and web content.
• Awareness of social media trends and creative storytelling.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design visuals using Canva or similar tools.
• Write and edit blogs, website copy, and SEO-friendly content.
• Manage and update content on WordPress.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Produce and edit Reels and short-form videos.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content.
• Monitor trends and propose creative ideas.
• Track and report on engagement and performance metrics.
