Pharos Solutions in its Alexandria branch is looking for a “UI/UX Designer” with the following requirements

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating problem-solving skills and design thinking.
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro
Proven ability to solve complex design challenges with user-centered solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and contribute to strategic design discussions
Experience planning or contributing to user research and usability testing efforts
Fluency in English (German is a plus).

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions
Collaborate with product & project managers to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design ideas.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, Product Owners, developers, and testers, to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the discovery, design, and delivery phases
Participate in the full design lifecycle: discovery, design, delivery, and iteration
Ensure visual and functional consistency by using design systems and shared components effectively.
Present design decisions confidently and clearly to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
